Prophetic Life Counseling provides Online, Phone, Booked Sessions and Text messaging, faith-based spiritual guidance and counseling services. The information provided through these services is for general informational and faith-based purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice. Prophetic Life Counseling does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through these services.

3. Communication Methods

Prophetic Life Counseling offers counseling services through online chat, phone, booked sessions, text messaging, or any other digital communication methods. You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of your communication devices and accounts.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the online, phone, booked sessions and/or text services provided by Prophetic Life Counseling. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, impersonation, hate speech, bullying, unlawful behavior, promotions, spam, etc., or any other behavior that disrupts the counseling session or violates any applicable laws or regulations.  Such user behavior can result in cancellation of services or subject to governing laws and regulations.

5. Confidentiality

Prophetic Life Counseling respects your privacy and confidentiality. However, please be aware that no digital communication can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Prophetic Life Counseling will take reasonable measures to protect your confidentiality but cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access or disclosure of your information.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for SPECIFIED online and/or text services is required in advance. Prophetic Life Counseling does not offer refunds for services provided. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prophetic Life Counseling shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use or the result of: the online services, website downtime, information errors, phone, booked sessions and/or text services.

Prophetic Life Counseling reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the online, phone, booked sessions and text services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of city, state and federal jurisdictions of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
